Rock Solid Home Inspections was proudly founded in 2015 and began serving North Carolina in early 2016.  While frequently overlooked, a thorough home inspection is the key to preventing potentially devastating loss of property or even life.  This is the kind of peace of mind that Rock Solid Home Inspections can bring to you and your family, the most important assets to protect.
As the founder and owner of Rock Solid Home Inspections, Michael Annas understands the pride that comes with home ownership and the necessity of protecting your future investment.  As lifelong residents of North Carolina and the parents of two small children, Michael and his wife, Dawn Annas, have been actively involved in the Mebane community since 2012.
Michael is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Science.  Upon graduation Michael worked 10 years for the State of North Carolina in biology-oriented positions with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.  This decade of experience added to the breadth of Michael’s knowledge.  The desire to be the best he can be at his craft began at the age of 17 when Michael earned his Eagle Scout Badge.  His quest for excellence and integrity began at an early age and are the underpinnings of Rock Solid Home Inspections.
Michael attended the Home Inspection Training Center, the premier training school in North Carolina, in 2015.  Upon passing the NC state exam, he became a licensed home inspector.  Additionally, Michael is a certified professional inspector through InterNACHI, the world’s largest professional organization for home inspectors, as well as Inspector Nation, NC’s largest professional inspector organization.​  He is also a member of both the TriangleMLS and TriadMLS systems to make setting up inspections simple for his clients.
